I am very impressed with this CPU. "Slick" is the word that comes to mind. THe stuff on paper about the native PCIe rev.3, and the new memory control circuit....etc. It looks good on paper. "These numbers are better than those numbers, this is different than that...." Well I put one of these into my computer...the one I use everyday, and haven't really upgraded for a while. I build i7s and Xeons, opterons, and Phenoms.......everyday. I get them to work, feed them an OS, drivers, applications, burn them in, package them and ship them out. I never really do 'my' work on them. (kinda like the shoemakers kids). I went back and forth between the i7s, the 2011 socket....but since this had been a bare bones bullet proof unit, I decided to go with the i5....something that would do what I needed it to do, and NEVER fail. Using a Corsair H80 cooler and an ASUS P8Z77-V DELUXE motherboard, I was able to overclock this to a rock solid 4.8ghz and keep the temps under 75 degrees celsius at full load. The built in graphics is also pretty good for being integrated. I was able to play starcraft 2 an nearly maximum settings at 1680x1050 resolution with it. If you really want to know how the processor does when it comes to graphics, you can compare roughly to a $100 graphics card. Better than a Geforce GT 440 for sure. By Unavailable

But the CPU cooler was the only con. And it was a biggie. I can take Intel's side in saying most people don't like the risk of overclocking. But then again, this is an unlocked CPU that was meant for overclocking! The temperatures were 35 Celsius idle, 70 Celsius while gaming, at 3.4Ghz (Turbo Boost was off). But going to 4.2 Ghz meant 65 Celsius idle, and 100+ Celsius doing simple browsing! Of course, I turned the PC off immediately and never used it again until I installed a different Cooler Master CPU cooler. Though I recommend the CPU, I think you should order a Hyper 212 Plus or some other CPU fan with it. EDIT: Even though the included fan was bad, the Rocketfish one I ordered was even worse. Due to this I am changing my review to 5 stars. EDIT2: Actually, the fan is pretty good if you don't use the CPU in the background (antivirus and BOINC). I purchased this camera a full month before it was released on Amazon for an upcoming trip to southeast asia. As luck would have it, it arrived the day before my flight took off. I've had good luck with Canon cameras in the past and their picture quality is among the best. The SX260 caught my interest mainly because of the 20x zoom. There are already a couple of reviews going into detail about all of the features so I won't be redundant. Just let me say that there are more features than you will probably use. I will play around with the myriad of shooting modes from time to time, but mostly I will do 99% of my shooting in P mode, tweaking settings as I desire on the fly. I love the GPS feature; I will keep it permanently on so that all of my pics are geo-tagged. The Canon imagebrowser software that comes with the camera will show you the exact location on Google earth where the pic was taken. Pretty cool! I used the movie digest feature during my trip and like it very much. The camera will record three second snippets of video before each pic is taken then stitch them all together into one video. Again, pretty cool! The battery life was a major complaint on the previous model SX230. We just returned from a trip overseas and brought both the S95 and the SX260. We have owned the S95 for the past 2 years and really liked the camera but we wanted to get another camera as a backup and also to get one with a higher optical zoom. We tested both cameras in multiple situations on the trip and came to the conclusion that the S95 takes better night shots but the SX260 takes better shots in the day and the 20X optical zoom is extremely useful. The S95 allows you to go full manual but the SX260 gives you many options to play with your photo taking. Overall, if I could only take one camera I would take the SX260 because the optical zoom and picture quality is great. The night photos were pretty good too but not as good as the S95 (obviously if you are planning on taking more night shots, then the S95/100 would probably be better for you). On a side note, the GPS on the SX260 sucks battery life very quickly and the camera has a difficult time finding the GPS signal (we left it off for most of the trip) (Hoppaguy (San Diego))

Wish they would stick with standard power cord. 2) It is an inkjet- which means endless $$$ on cartridges, and wasted ink on printhead cleaning if you do not use it that often. I much prefer a color laserject, and home units are coming out that are becoming very affordable. 3) Can not scan directly from photoshop CS5. Tried several things and then found something on the Epson WEB site that indicated that it was not possible to scan directly from CS5, and the work around was to scan using Epson software and then load file into photoshop. Yes, this is a workaround, but boy did I enjoy scanning directly into photoshop when I had lots of scans to do. Overall, this printer represents a feature rich machine which is easy to use and delivers exceptional results. Well designed, well engineered, and it produces wonderful output. To say I am happy with this Epson is an under statement. I am absolutely delighted. I have tears of joy. Now I need to go back to the store -- I have a sales lady to thank. :) As an update... I used the automatic feed and the Epson software to scan in 20 pages as a PDF. This may not seem like much, but until I used the Workforce 3450 I was never able to scan wirelessly to my Mac Book Pro. - Will print (and copy) double sided documents as well. - Easy to print from my iPhone and iPad. You need to download the iEpson app, but the rest is very simple. - The one possible is the cost of the replacement ink cartridges. The Epson Workfroce 3450 uses 4 separate cartridges.... and unfortunately they are not inexpensive. - User interface - I really like the touchscreen interface. The menus are very intuitive and easy to navigate - Has two separate paper trays with an overall capacity of 500 sheets. - It has a built in fax machine, but I don't expect that I will ever use it for faxing a document. - Quality issues.... none so far - I will update this review if I have any problems. Final verdict - With the exception of cheap replacement ink cartridges, I am not sure how Epson could make a better printer. I disagree with those that say it is great for cooking small meals or for a small family. It cooks the meat so fast, you better not walk away. First thing I cooked were good sized hamburgers & they were at 180° in 5 minutes. The next 4 were perfectly cooked at 4 minutes. Used the Sear setting per the instruction book with the grill preheated. New York Strip sirloins were done in 3 1/2 to 4 minutes on the Sear setting.
